Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Reservations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay.

2. Special Events and Peak Seasons

Special event and peak season bookings require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Different cancellation terms may apply during these periods.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

4. Group Bookings

Group bookings of 5 or more rooms require special cancellation arrangements. Please contact our reservations team for details.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
